nails and colorblock

Unghie? Un'ossessione per me! Devono essere perfette!

Penso di avere più di 100 bottiglie di smalto. Infatti, mentre sto scrivendo questo post, sto scegliendo il colore per oggi. Cambio lo smalto due volte a settimana.
Credo che sia importante avere mani curate, riflettono il nostro modo di essere. Eccentrici o minimalisti, ordinati o sbadati.
Ovviamente, anche la nail art quest'estate è influenzata dalla tendenza del colorblock. (e io son molto felice!)

Questi sono i miei preferiti:

I think I have more than 100 bottles of nail polish. In fact, while I'm writing this post, I'm choosing the color for today. I change nail polish two times a week.
I think it's important to have perfect hands, they reflect our kind of being. Eccentrics or minimalists, organized or irregulars!
Obviously, even the nail art, this summer is influenced by the colorblock trend (and I'm very happy!).

Ecco alcuni semplici trucchi che uso per rendere le mie unghie sempre forti e belle:

-due volte al mese rimuovere le cuticole
-se hai le unghie gialle, spremi un limone in una ciotola, e tienici 10 minuti le dita dentro

-evitare le unghie troppo lunghe, sono fragili e volgari
-mettere sempre prima dello smalto un indurente per unghie
-per mantenere a lungo lo smalto, dopo averlo messo, mettici il top coat
-evitare la ricostruzione unghie e il gel
-specialmente in inverno, prima di andare a dormire, mettere una buona crema per le mani

Here are some simple tricks that I use for bring my nails always strong and beautiful:

-twice a month remove cuticles
-if you have yellow nails, squeeze a lemon into a bowl, and keep 10 minutes the fingers into the bowl
-avoid too long nails, they're breakable and vulgar
-always put before nail polish a nail hardener
-for keeping long time the nail polish, put after it the top coat
-avoid nail reconstruction and gel
-specially in winter, before going to sleep, put a good handcream
